We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do your own. This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke, we ask that you do so outside away from the house. Please put out and dispose of the cigarette outdoors. No open flames or candles are allowed inside the property. No events or Parties are permitted. Please respect a courtesy quiet hour from 8pm to 8am for our neighbors. Only the guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. Do not flush feminine products, baby wipes, paper towels, cotton balls, or q-tips, etc. Other Rules: 1) Please do not stain towels or sheets. Darker towels are provided for makeup removal, etc. 2) No loud music 3) No candles. None. 4) Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Before You Leave: 1) Load and start the dishwasher 2) Place used towels in the tubs 3) Empty ALL trash and place in bin under the carport
